We are first time home buyers and TMF made our process so easy and streamlined! We worked with a couple of different people through out the process and each was very commutative and kept us updated with any changes that went on and were always quick to answer and questions we had. I will say we were nervous going into it with all the negative things people had told us about their processes but we couldn’t have been happier with how it all went. The ONLY thing that was a “downfall” was having to send in the same document multiple times. However, I’d rather this than forgetting to ask for a document until the very end.
